These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Research-Starter.com Reward System (“System”) provided by xCIV decentralized research institute z.s. (“Company”), accessible through the website located at https://research-starter.com (“Website”). By registering and participating in the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility and Registration:
1.1. Any individual or entity may register for the System to earn xCIVp Reward Points (“Reward Points”). Registration requires providing accurate and complete information as requested on the Website.
1.2. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their respective countries.
2. Reward Points:
2.1. Reward Points are earned by participants based on the current rules set forth on the “Work Here” page of the Website. The Website reserves the right to change these rules without notice.
2.2. Reward Points have no intrinsic value. The value of Reward Points is determined by the current government value of the xCIV token, used for calculating the reward amount.
2.3. Reward Points are distributed automatically to participants by the xCIVp master account. The master account’s balance is determined by the Website administrator based on user count and project sustainability. If the master account balance reaches 0, participants will not receive Reward Points until the account is replenished automatically.
3. Administrator Actions:
3.1. The Company reserves the right to subsidize the master account during special events, as deemed necessary.
3.2. The Company may change the rules and parameters of the Reward System, including the reward distribution mechanism, without prior notice.
4. Acknowledgment and Waiver:
4.1. By participating in the System and collecting Reward Points, participants acknowledge that these Reward Points are non-claimable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged by any individual or entity.
4.2. Participants agree that the Company, its affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the System or the use of Reward Points.
5. Governing Law:
5.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
6. Dispute Resolution:
6.1. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
7. Severability:
7.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By registering and participating in the Research-Starter Reward System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the System.
