Therefore, we have established a valid refund policy to ensure that your donation is utilized according to your intent and our mission.

Our refund policy is straightforward and fair. We accept refund requests for donations made in error or duplicate transactions. If you accidentally donate more than once or made a mistake with the amount donated, please contact us, and we will process the refund as soon as possible. We can also process a refund if there is a technical issue with the payment platform or if we receive a donation that violates our ethical standards.

However, we cannot process refunds for donations made for a specific project after the funds have been allocated. Once the donation is directed to a specific project, we cannot reverse the allocation. We encourage donors to double-check their donation amount and the selected project before submitting the payment.

In case of a cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which you have donated, we will offer you the option to request a refund or transfer your donation to another project. If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us at least 24 hours after donation.

To request a refund, please email us at support@research-starter.com with the subject line “Donation Refund Request” and include your name, contact information, and donation details. We will process your request within 5 business days and issue the refund through the original payment method.
